Friday Update

As expected the day started with sunshine and temperatures a few degrees below zero. Clouds increased as the morning progressed. As of publication time we are still waiting for the heavier rain to make its way to the area, not too far off, as we are experiencing some light rain at this time. On my travels today I ran into some ice pellets in Gays River.

Today's low -2.3*C
Today's high 2.6*C to this point, temps expected to rise overnight.
Barometer trend rose overnight then began falling this morning.

Looking Ahead

Saturday Rain overnight then clearing, 20 mm, mild.

Sunday Clear, mild.

Monday Snow beginning in the afternoon Windy.

Tuesday Snow ending then clearing. Total accumulation looks like 20 cm.

Wednesday Flurries, cooler.

Thursday A chance of flurries.

As we get closer to Monday, we will have a better idea of Monday's storm, so please check back. On Monday we are hoping to have our Storm Center in operation with frequent updates on the storms progress.
