A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHING FROM THE SOUTHWEST WILL TRACK
THROUGH THE BAY OF FUNDY TONIGHT. THIS SYSTEM WILL SPREAD MIXED
PRECIPITATION ACROSS THE PROVINCE DURING THE DAY. PRECIPITATION WILL
START AS SLEET OR SNOW BUT WILL CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN AS
TEMPERATURES ALOFT WARM ABOVE FREEZING. ON THE GROUND TEMPERATURES
WILL BE SLOW TO WARM AND ICING PROBLEMS CAN BE EXPECTED PARTICULARLY
OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE PROVINCE. PRECIPITATION SHOULD REMAIN
LIGHT..HOWEVER TRAVEL PLANS MAY HAVE TO BE ADJUSTED DUE TO HAZARDOUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS.
A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP THE REGION TUESDAY BRINGING A RETURN
TO VERY WINDY AND MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES.
